Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST may be processed the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment.
Shipping Costs
- Flat rate of $4.99 for standard shipping
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75.00
- Pet food shipping is calculated by weight
- Expedited shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Geographic Coverage
We currently ship to the United States only.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this link to follow your package’s progress.
Delays & Exceptions
Though we aim to ship on schedule, delays may occur due to high volume, weather, carrier issues, or holidays. In such cases, we’ll notify you via email with any updates.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address you provided. If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can begin a claims process with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Please see our Return Policy for full details. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must initiate the process within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective. We impose a 10% restocking fee.
